Our November Caregiver Circle focuses on connecting our female caregivers in the Columbus region to essential resources designed to support stability, well-being, and resilience. This session will highlight practical, locally available assistance that can help ease the financial, emotional, and physical demands of caregiving.

Caregivers will learn about resources such as financial assistance programs, food and nutrition support, transportation services, affordable healthcare and insurance navigation, respite care options, mental health and counseling services, housing stability support, employment and job-training resources, and legal or benefits assistance. The session will also explore community organizations that provide advocacy, caregiver education, and peer support.

Through open conversation and shared knowledge, our ladies will gain clarity on how to access these resources, who qualifies, and where to turn for help when needs arise. This Caregiver Circle reinforces the message that seeking support is a sign of strength—and that no caregiver should have to navigate these challenges alone.
