Colon Health & Awareness
March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and we invite you to join us for an important and empowering session on protecting your long-term health. This program focuses on understanding colon health, the lifesaving impact of early screening, and practical steps every woman can take to reduce risk.
We’ll discuss the latest screening guidelines and how early detection can dramatically improve outcomes. Participants will also learn about everyday lifestyle choices that support a healthy colon, including the benefits of a high- fiber diet, regular exercise, and weight management.
In addition, we’ll explore how caregivers and community members can help raise awareness, encourage loved ones to get screened, and advocate for greater access to prevention resources. This session is designed to be informative, supportive, and actionable—offering tools that can help women prioritize their health and strengthen the wellbeing of their communities.
